What does the role involve?
You are the Product manager for all construction software and construction service and drive the internal and external set up of your portfolio:
- Construction software: Hilti Profis and all according modules (eg. Profis Engineering, anchor, rebar, detection, layout), Hilti Calculation Services
- Construction Service: All construction and engineering related services such as Engineering related services: Anchor Pull out Tests, BIM related services and pre-fab services but also construction services like our new Jaibot services
Your job is to make sure that internally all stakeholders are aligned and aware how the service and software offerings are requested and executed. Also, depending on new innovations you might drive local pilot projects on construction services and/or software, together with sales, directly onsite with customers.
Last but not least you will work closely together with the Marketing Communication team on external marketing content that boosts our construction software & service offering, including input for newsletters, social media and roll out of campaigns.

What you need is:
- HBO or WO Master degree in Marketing/Business
- You enjoy and have experience in working project based
- Stakeholder Management comes naturally for you
- Strong ability to set-up and communicate new structured internal processes for our construction services
- Excellent business understanding and high affinity for technical products, software and services
- Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken)
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on strategic topics and on the other hand drive operational execution
- Strong track record in construction services (BIM, Pre Fab, Profis) is an advantage
