We’re looking for Engagement Marketing Specialist who can support to the realization and implementation of all Engagement Marketing flows for ITA and for the Region.
The function of Solution Consultant is to support the sales forces as trainer of how to develop a consultative approach towards our customers and lead the development of a new software solution of Asset and Services Management that goes beyond our traditional product categories.
• Act as the intermediate between sales and development for new product development to ensure products fulfils customer requirements to provide highly differentiated products • Support Hilti’s product leadership by identifying future trends and anticipating market shaping movements • Support Hilti market organizations worldwide with expertise and guidance to improve sales performance in order to create strong global growth for the company
Local project leader for the roll-out of the new toolbox generation for all Hilti tools. Taking care about the definition and qualification of this new generation of toolboxes together with the local sourcing team and managing the phase-in / phase-out in close collaboration with the European project team. Responsible for the packaging definition (sales and transport packaging) of all new projects planned to be produced in Hilti Shanghai and later on also for other China entities.
· Lead an interdisciplinary project team from market evaluation to market introduction of new products respectively product systems. · Manage projects of medium to high complexity. · Secure achievement of project targets from a quality, cost, performance and time perspective.
