The role of Fire Protection Specialist is accountable for market development and influence, including coordination and implementation of local market strategies, leading to an increase in sales and market penetration. Responsible for building technical and functional competencies to the sales force and customers through development of field personnel and by providing technical support. Additionally, the ability to drive sales of specified products within the assigned region to the sales force and customers is a must.
The role of the Solution Specialist, is responsible for the 2nd phase of our Tool Services (ON!Track, Fleet Management, Health & Safety, etc.) solution sales process. This includes partnering with Solution Consultants and Field Sales Teams in selling a successful implementation and building the customer relationship through the implementation of Tool Services. The role also includes growing & protecting the customer value and return on investment through continuous activity and selling additional hardware, services and software within a specific geographical territory.
As a Process Quality Expert you will be part of a dynamic team by promoting quality pratices and improving business processes. You will act as a high quality standards driver and reference point for the documentation required. You will be in touch with several internal stakeholders, working with several departments, and being the touchpoint with Quality Dept in HQ.
