We are looking for TRAFFIC AND SEO SPECIALIST to take off natural qualified traffic on Hilti websites for markets: Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Greece, Israel and to boost performance and visibility of Hilti products and services in SERPs.

What does the role involve?

As a Traffic and SEO Specialist you will be at the heart of Hilti’s strategy, working in a growing department/team, in an international environment.

You will have a key role in expanding digital marketing, your mission will be to define the SEO strategy and implement it, analyze the relevance of the content, its semantics, tag/meta tags, the quality of the links external and internal networking, recommend and apply content optimizations, in collaboration with the responsible for content. You will also be responsible for monitoring, reporting and analyzing the page rank, traffic and conversion through SEO and Google Analytics tools, advocate and develop agreements with other sites to develop quality links, in accordance with Hilti policy.

You will have the possibility to showcase your people skills, attention to detail, and data interpretation abilities. Also, your task will be to develop strategic approach while analyzing and performing different researches, with the aim of improving our products promotion.

Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
Identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to the website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines.
Ensures content is relevant and impact maximized across all channels.
Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.
Supports the increased requirement for digital content to engage our target personas online.
Developing link building strategies.
Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
Preparing detailed strategy reports
You will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Team (emailing, SEA, Social Media, etc.).

What you need is:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in managing SEO projects (Company or Agency – 2/3 years in a similar position role)
  • Good knowledge of SEO tools (Google search console, Google keyword planner, Google trends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP languages
  • Knowledge Microsoft Suite
  • You are in control of the operation of the search engines as well as the optimization techniques of sites.
  • You quickly understand the needs of your internal or external customers
  • You are comfortable with the numbers, you are able to analyze them, operate them and talk about them
  • You work with a “test & learn” approach
  • You have a strong affinity with new technologies
  • Able to work in multicultural teams and to be assigned on different projects simultaneously with precision
  • Good organization, excellent planning skills
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
