What does the role involve?
As a Technical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department and direct your efforts towards implementing the Engineering Department's overall strategy by providing design support to our customers and designers.
Your main responsibilities:
Develop designs and projects for required issues using our technical products
Provide technical phone support to customers and designers
Deliver technical training to new team members
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes
Collaborate with other departments to improve technical products and services
Meet deadlines for projects and assignments

What you need is:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, major in Structural
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the civil engineering field
- Great teamwork mindset and can-do attitude with positive thinking
- React quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure and work independently
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, construction specifications, and technical documents
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Great command of written and spoken English
