Lead Conversion Specialist

What does the role involve?
Responsible for validating leads from Engagement Marketing workflows and all Digital Marketing Campaign.
Responsible for servicing our customer via social media, including live chat
Collaborates closely with local social media and digital strategy manager on developing a seamless customer service experience on- and off-line
Supports the growing demand of customers choosing social media as a service channel
Fulfils lead qualification requirements of EM workflows
Increase response times in line with customer expectations

What you need is:
- Good knowledge of the Office package and in particular of Excel formulas, vlookup, pivot table
- Availability and proactivity
- Good organization, excellent planning skills
- Innovative, communicates effectively and eager to learn.
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce is a plus
