What's the role?

Customer purchasing behavior is changing fast and the market's request is to be present as a reliable partner rather then a simple supplier of goods. In such an environment HILTI have developed the concept of “One-to One” approach (here named 1:1) in order to allow each customer to live a unique relationship with HILTI throughout our Direct Sales Force (Account Manager and Area Sales Manager)
One of the most important activities for next years will be the development of VIP Experience: a scalable marketing programme dedicated to our high potential customers in Italy and, in the close future also in our E4 Region (South Europe)
The target of internship is to collaborate with Channel Marketing Manager and 1:1 Marketing Manager into the strategical and operational activities needed to let VIP Experience work to gain customer’s Engagement and strengthen our relationship with them in the long run.

What does the role involve?

Responsabily 1 Support VIP Experience activation process:

Check if activated customers are eligible to VIP services and interact with Sales Force to explain eligibility criteria
Address to Local / Global Team issues in the activation form that might arise
Manage the deveoplment and the distribution of «Welcome Kits» to newly activated customers
Support the development into our E4 Region of VIP Experience
Responsabily 2 Support VIP Experience communication package:

Creation and execution of communication material integrated with Trade/Product/Application approach for VIP Experience
Ensure an alignment of messages between the different sales channels and the different departments
Support the development of a 1:1 mindest across the organization
Responsabily 3 Support internal communication process to our Sales Channels:

Ensure a smooth communication flow via mail from Marketing Team to Sales Channels ( Account Manage, Hilti Stores…): make it crispy and sharp and maintain the internal communication roadmap always updated

What you need is:

  • Pursuing master degree, marketing or engineering with marketing addition, sales experience beneficial, market research focus beneficial.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a sense for practical problems and pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong and positive personality, constructive, self-reliant, result-oriented, able to handle uncertainty and complexity.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • We are looking for a young graduate with a strong enterprenurial approach willing to experience how Marketing activities can support customer Engagement.
