What's the role?

We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Manager to join our regional sales team. But this is no ordinary sales team. Our people come from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results and outstanding customer service.

What does the role involve?

As a Hilti Store Manager, you’ll make sure that our retail centers are functioning well, and that your team members are serving local clients, ranging from sole traders to large construction projects, in line with expectations.
It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate your leadership skills, knowledge about our software and services, and provide our most important customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You’ll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, which opens lots of career options for the future.
Apart from this, you’ll provide your authorization for orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories.

What you need is:

  • University Degree
  • Proven track record in sales roles
  • Results oriented and pro-active approach
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Solid stakeholder management (both internal and external)
  • Ability to manage your workload in terms of time and capacity
  • Genuine passion for sales and achieving targets
